The Ageing with Gratitude Experiment
Welcome!
The round for this Experiment has now closed - sign up HERE for the waitlist for the next one, and I look forward to seeing you!
Imagine this…
It’s early morning. You’re sat in your bedroom, cup of tea in hand.
You glance in the mirror and catch a familiar tug of doubt.
“How did this happen?”
The softening face. The extra line that wasn’t there yesterday. The body that doesn’t bounce quite like it used to.
The hum of underlying anxiety about what’s coming: your health, your independence, your future. You’ve got so much to be grateful for…
...and yet, sometimes, despite wanting to embrace this next chapter, part of you whispers, what if I can’t?
Now imagine this instead:
You're in front of your mirror again, and you notice you're feeling stronger, more peaceful, and more optimistic than you have for a while.
Somehow, regardless of your current circumstances, you know you will manage, indeed ARE managing, and well.
You realise this has come about since you started being more consciously, consistently and courageously grateful for this stage in your life, with all it brings.
You take a moment.
You breathe. (Whew!)
You feel steadier.
Maybe you're not perfect, but you're definitely present.
You know now for sure that you can stay strong in body and mind, even when life deals you unexpected blows.
And that confidence is allowing you to fully blossom in all sorts of areas. 🌹🌹🌹
This is the power of the Ageing with Gratitude Experiment.
Here’s what you receive in the Experiment:
📩 30 Days of Inspiring, Bite-Size Emails
Each day you’ll receive a short message (think under 3 minutes) with one micro-task or moment of reflection. Small shifts that, over time, add up to something beautifully big.
For example, the Day 14 exercise about Receiving says:
Make a short list of the areas in your life where you think your receiving muscle could do with improvement. Be curious, and tell the truth, about what you might be finding difficult to receive. (eg when did you last allow someone to pay for a coffee/gift you a present/give you some time, for no reason? When did you last say ‘No, no, no’ to something you were being offered?) NB This could be a peculiarly British thing! If you’re truly great at receiving already, then here’s a gold star ⭐

Still not sure? Let me ask you this.
What would it mean to wake up each day not dreading what’s to come, but quietly trusting yourself to handle it?
Because that’s what this Experiment gives you. Plus a great big dollop of peace and perspective.
Plus a daily reminder that this chapter of life is still sacred. Still beautiful. Still deeply and profoundly yours.
Let this be the month you shift from middle-of-the-night wondering, wishing or worrying about ageing, to joyfully experimenting with how good it can actually feel to be this older you.
Because growing older doesn't have to mean growing more fearful, and limiting your life. It can mean growing wise, wacky and deeply, deliberately grateful.
